Your use of this website is subject to the terms below. By using any part of this website, completing your customer registration with us or placing an order on the website, you agree to our terms and conditions, which also include our privacy policy. Dr.Ankerstjerne does not guarantee that all goods in the online store are always in stock. If the consumer has purchased a product that is not available, Dr. Ankerstjerne the right to cancel the order. In this case, the consumer will be contacted by Dr. Anchor star.

Taxes and fees

All prices are shown in NOK and the customer is charged in this currency. Please note that all prices in the online store include Norwegian VAT/VAT of 25%. VAT will be deducted from all orders shipped outside of Norway, but the buyer is responsible for the cost of all import duties, taxes and charges upon arrival. Check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before purchasing.


We accept Visa card, Mastercard, VIPPS payment and invoice through SHOPIFY payments. Once you have placed the order, an order confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail. This shows the payment reference and the total value of your order, as well as the amount charged to your card. We will send you an update via email when your products have been packed and shipped.


We usually ship all orders within 2 business days. Orders are expected to arrive at the buyer's address within 3-5 days from the time of dispatch for Swedish orders and 5-10 days for international orders. Please note that delivery times are given as guidelines and do not take into account any delays caused by payment authorisation, delivery delays and/or stock availability.

Swedish orders

Dr. Ankerstjerne offers free shipping on all orders over SEK 1,000 with delivery in Sweden.

International orders

Dr. Ankerstjerne offers international shipping. Shipping costs of NOK 200 are added to all international orders. All import duties, taxes and charges in the recipient country are the buyer's responsibility. Check with your country's customs office to find out what these extra costs will be before you buy.

Complaints and returns

Of course, we hope you are super happy with your new Dr.Ankerstjerne product! But if that's not the case, we'd love to hear from you. For hygienic reasons, we do not offer returns on skin care products. If you discover an error when you receive the product, please send an e-mail to explaining the error in the product.
